Business funding
Lenders look at your trading record: how long you have been open, what comes in each month, what the bank statements show. Tell us yours in one short application, with no fee to apply.
The application is the way in, and it takes about two minutes.
What you'll be asked to show
No lender funds a promise. What they fund is a record, and it comes down to the same handful of items whichever program you end up in. Here they are, with every published requirement named and nothing guessed.
How long the business has been trading. The application asks it in bands, from under a year to ten years or more.
That the business has lasted through more than one season, and that its revenue has a history rather than a start date.
No other program publishes a minimum. The lender decides.
Roughly what comes into the business in a month. The application asks it in ranges.
The size of what the business can carry: how much a repayment would be as a share of what it takes in.
For the other four, what counts as enough is the lender's call.
The business account, month by month, once a lender asks for it.
That the revenue is real. Deposits are the one figure a lender does not have to take on trust.
How many months they want to see, the lender decides.
The owners' and the business's credit history, with your authorization, when you submit.
How debt has been handled before. It is one item among five, not the whole case.
The rest publish no minimum score. The lender decides.
What the machine, vehicle or fit-out costs, from whoever is selling it.
What the money buys and what it is worth. Qualifications vary with the equipment itself.
Specific to equipment financing.
The first application asks for none of these as documents. It asks five questions, two of which are time in business and monthly revenue. Statements, credit and quotes come later, when a lender asks for them.
How it works
Three stages. The first takes a couple of minutes; the second is where a lender reads your evidence; the third is yours to decide.
Step 01
Amount, contact details, then time in business, monthly revenue and what the money is for. Five questions, answered from memory. Nothing to upload.
Step 02
Our funding partner puts the application in front of lenders on the network that fund businesses with a record like yours. This is when a lender may ask for statements and pull credit.
Step 03
Offers come back with their amount, term and cost. Compare them, ask questions, or decline all of them. Once you accept and are approved, funding can arrive in as little as 24 hours.
The six
Each reads the record differently. Some weigh sales, some weigh time, one weighs the equipment. These are the six, with the figures the network publishes for each.

What proven means
The word is about evidence, not about approval. Nothing is guaranteed here, and nothing is promised that a lender would have to keep.
The network's figures
Proven Business Funding is one door into a shared network of lenders. These are that network's numbers.
The application
Everything the first step asks, you already know. It sits at the top of this page and on a page of its own, and nothing happens unless you accept an offer.
The application is the way in, and it takes about two minutes.
